Refund PolicyDigestFlow Refund Policy: Sixty Days From Purchase
Ring +1 (877) 257-0710 with your order ID within sixty days of buying DigestFlow.
Ask for a return authorisation, put your name, order email and order ID inside the box, and post it with tracking at your own cost. Processing takes three to five business days and the card takes five to ten more.
The operative page, written in the order somebody actually needs it: the date first, then the phone call, then the box, then the waiting.
The DigestFlow refund, in five minutes
Find the date you paid
The window opens at the checkout, so the order confirmation is the document that starts the count. Find it before you ring, and work to day fifty rather than day sixty.Call the order desk with your order ID
The number is on the order email and in the footer here. The website address cannot see orders, so it cannot start a refund.Ask for a return authorisation and the return address
Do not post bottles back before you have it. An unannounced parcel can be refused.Put your full name, email and order ID inside the box
A box with no name in it is the commonest reason a refund stalls.Post it with tracking, at your own cost
Return postage is the buyer's unless the item arrived damaged, defective or wrong through the seller's error. Keep the tracking number until the refund lands.Expect 3–5 business days to process, then 5–10 on the card
Two separate waits, and the second one belongs to your bank rather than to this desk.DigestFlow refund terms, stated plainly

What can delay a DigestFlow refund, and how to avoid it
- No name in the box. The single commonest cause. A carton with bottles and no paperwork cannot be matched to an order.
- Posting before the authorisation. An unannounced parcel can be refused, and a refused parcel is a tracking argument rather than a refund.
- Using the website address. It cannot see orders. Every message sent there about a refund costs a day while it is forwarded.
- Untracked postage. Without tracking there is no way to show the parcel arrived, and the burden of that sits with the sender.
- Leaving it to day fifty-nine. A claim needs a call, an authorisation and a parcel in transit. Day fifty is the working deadline.
Damaged, defective or wrong DigestFlow items
This is the one case where the return postage is not yours, and it is worth handling correctly at the doorstep rather than later.
Photograph the outer packaging before opening it, then the bottles, then the seals. Ring the order desk the same day with the order ID and say plainly that the parcel arrived damaged, defective or wrong. The desk will tell you what to return and how, and the postage on that return is not charged to you.
Do not take capsules from a bottle whose safety seal is damaged or missing. The label says so, and a sealed replacement is a simpler conversation than a refund.
What the DigestFlow refund policy is not
It is a commercial term. It says this desk is willing to be wrong about whether you will want the product, and it says nothing about what five actives and 138 mg of caffeine will do for anybody.
It is also not a substitute for the product suiting you. A page that leans on a refund window as its main argument is telling you it has run out of better ones. The better ones on this product are a printed panel, a stated caffeine dose and a routine simple enough to keep, and they are on the ingredients page.
Partial packs, opened bottles and other DigestFlow edge cases
| Situation | Position | What to do |
|---|---|---|
| Bottles opened and part used | The window turns on the date and the order ID, not on how full the bottles are | Ring the desk and ask what to send back before posting anything |
| A six-pack where you only want part refunded | Ask. A partial return is a conversation rather than a rule | Raise it on the call, with the order ID |
| A gift bought for somebody else | The order belongs to whoever placed it | The buyer rings, not the recipient |
| Two orders, one problem | Each order has its own ID and its own purchase date | Give both IDs at the start of the call |
| The window closed last week | Sixty days from purchase does not extend | Ring anyway and say so. It costs a phone call |
| A charge you do not recognise | The processor is BuyGoods and appears under that name | Ring the order desk before contacting your bank |
Six situations that reach a desk like this one regularly. None of them is unusual and none of them is best handled by guessing.
The thread running through all six is the same: the order ID and the purchase date settle almost everything, and a phone call settles the rest faster than an email chain. The number is +1 (877) 257-0710 and it is in the footer of every page on this website.
